I'm cleaning up a '93 vert, in the midst of replacing the upper roller arm in the driver's side I discovered a switch/sensor dangling behind the handle.

I found a thread indicating it might be a magnetic sensor associated with the security system, a part of the handle, but didn't have any images showing where it went.

Can someone confirm this, or is it some other interesting component I need to replace?

Pretty sure the doomsday switch looks like this... Did you find anything about it in the FSM?
