Any recomendations for what style Magnaflow muffler might work on a 95 D21 2wd w/KA24E Reg Cab? Also assuming the factory routing for the exhaust will be maintained.

I'll look into it. I don't want it to be too loud, just a good throaty tone. The FLWMSTR 40 sound a little loud...nice though.

BEST sounding muffler 3var I had on a KA was a magnaflow muffler, far as I can remember it was just a turbo style muffler but it was the polished one. Nice deep throaty tone and it sounded clean, not raspy like the flowmasters get in the higher RPM's. Remember pipe diameter plays a big role in sound and power, I have had trucks with 2.5 and 2.25. 2.25 is by far the best size for both, especially when you don't lose any bottom end power.

I have to agree. My U13 Altima had a Magnaflow Turbo muffer on it. The tone was nicely understated but ballsy at the same time. Not going for the noise pollution ticket, just some better tone and flow.
