Magnaflow 14851 vs. 14857

going to do a custom cat-back on my 2.5, with resonator (i'll use another single 2.5 in-dual 2.25 out muffler). Want some opinions on Magnalflow 14851 vs. the 14857. They are exaclty the same, but one is the "street" version, for bolt on mods, the other "race" for modified engines. I assume race sounds louder or at least "ricier". I want something sort of quiet, not obnoxious sounding.

How about fitting issues? I have the sedan.
