MAFT pro + ITBs??

Well, when I come home from Iraq, I've decided to run a gsxr 1300 ITB setup on the vert, and I was wondering if, to avoid getting a full stand alone and dealing with the BS associateed with them, we could run a MAFT pro to use a map sensor and not need to use the stock (or any) MAF? Thought? Ideas? Flames?

Update: reading some comments on other applications from the guy at Full Throttle Speed Tech Support, looks like I'll need to send him some data to get one configured specifically for the KA maf/ecu. That being said, does anyone have the .bin ROM map for a stock KA, so I can get the timing maps to him? Probably also going to need the MAF values at idle, cruise, and WOT if anyone has them

that would be a hell of a leet mod man..and welcome home..and thank you for my freedom!...i would love to see some pics man and details on how you are doing this step by step..including maps and how to's...would make a great post for refrence for others.
