maft and gm maf sensor

has anyone tried using the maft and a gm maf. is it even possible? i know that dsm,mk3,and fc people are doing it.

maybe with a standalone. You might be able to rechip the ECU to use the it, but I have no idea what parameters you'd use.

if i remember correctly i think the translator negates the need for a standalone or remapping of any kind because it modifies the gm maf signal to a signal that's understandable to the ecu. so you'd probably at least need the correct translator for a ca18det. no one probably makes one but with a little toying you could probably make one yourself =)
