mafs question?!!

I found this infinity j30 mafs and i was wondering if it would be a good idea to put it onto my sr20 mafs? Im planning on getting an 300zx mafs but not soon. can any one help?

huh? are you talking about using both mafs(the infiniti and sr)? try wording your posts a little better so that people can understand.

In any case everytime you change to a differnet maf sensor(ie, one from a different car/motor) you will need to get the ecu retuned. IMO it's not worth the trouble.

I seem to remember reading somewhere that the j30 and 300xz mafs were the same though but I could be totally wrong on that.

Some of the J30 MAFS are the same as 300ZX MAFS. Look for the MAFS that says 22680-30P00 for the good MAFS.
