Mafs problem... need help of can...
i bought this mafs from this guy claming that it's from a 96 240 but i got it and it didnt match my 91 240... mine has three cavity plugs while the other has four...... and as i was wondering if i can cut and tape wires just like a cd deck if there isnt any harnass for it... thanks .. if you just tell me which goes which thanks.

soldier dont tape and wrap. otherwise you will have run issues.
but how does that diagram help me.... all i wanna know is which is which from the three keys from my harness and which is which for the four in the mafs.
as i have look before the outer one the left from the mafs is sort of oxided that means must've been not used or just a regulator.... but i wanna know the other three.

On your connector there is no wire in the number 4 terminal. you match your wires on your 91 with the exact colors of the 96. They never changed the wires colors from 91 to 96.nor the terminal location. So if you open up the sheeth on the wire harness you will see the same three color wires. they will go to the exact same terminal on the 96 airflow meter.
