MAFS code 12 on ECU?

[HI NRG]

I am having problems now...installed a new mafs and now reading 5.3v @ SAFCII sensor check screen....I am aslo getting a error code 12 from ecu (mafs malfunction).....would the temp sensor have anything to do with this? I ohm out the temp sensor and it is only reading 0.2 ohms the FSM says that it should read about 70~90 ohms.
