MAF wires SII

I'm redoing my maf wires and just want to make sure what wires are what. The series 2 maf has 3 wires. Orange with blue tracer, White with blue tracer, and Black with white tracer. Which is signal, power, and ground? Which wire requires sheilding? I'm going to redo my O2 sensor wiring also. Do any wires on it require sheilding other than the center wire of the 3?
