I am wondering what voltage readings I should be getting from my s13 maf.I am getting about 1.51 volts on the output from the maf at idle.I am getting about 14.14 on the power and .01 on ground. Is this normal? If not what reading should I be getting?

I get between 1.2 and 1.5v. At idle. Depending on the temperature outside, if the car is on 'fast idle' etc.

That is just your battery voltage that doesn't matter, you should be more concerned with your output voltage at key on/idle.

Also I hope you are not measuring voltage across the sensor groud on the MAF plug, you'll fry your ecu.
