S13/14 - 270RWHP ishZ32 - 550 ish IIRC.

Frankly I wouldn't push the S13 above 250, and the Z32 past 500.

Agreed, SOHC KA MAF topped out at 250 for me. I would recommend upraging maf at or below 250hp/15psi.
