Is there a write-up for how to clean the MAF sensor on a 4th gen?

I know we've had a it described well in the past, but I'm not sure where...

Here's how I recently cleaned mine (and the MAF came through un-damaged).

Use a quick-evaporating electrical contact cleaner. Spray the element itself a few times, letting the cleaner penetrate all around, then evaporate, then repeat. Best to do this on a relatively warm, sunny day to help evaporation. Spray both sides.

Don't use anything harsh, like carb cleaner. Also, don't use air pressure to blow out the MAF.

I did this to my third gen MAF but it shouldn't be any different for your 4th gen.

Thanks for the tips. I did happen to find a very helpful video. My MAF is clean now!
