Maf sensor swap

First i know theres a 1000000 threahs about this but i havent found any info on what i need so i own a s14 with stock ka24de and my maf sensor is damage so before i buy a stock one for $60 is better to do the swap right but will it give any problems like idle or something else cause i dont have bigger injector or anything complety stock ka

You will need some sort of tune for it. Weird it be an air fuel piggy back or a legit tune.

lets say I put one on my s14 do I have to tune my ecu or just install it a thats it

Wait. are you talking about installing just another s14 ka24 MAF or a z32 MAF? Your post didnt really make any sense to me

If its not the MAF for the car ie Z32, Ford Lightning, LS1 your need to tune. The reading match whats in the base map file.
