ok iam i just bought a new turbo kit its a top mount with a t3/t4 turbo i was wondering if the car would perform any diff. if i relocated the maf over to the cold pipe near the throttle body. the only reason i ask i really just wanna have a clean setup with the turbo fully exposed if u can understand that but if this is not a good idea let me know so i dont mess up my motor thanks

in MY opinion its a bad idea. the ECU is calibrated to read the air from before the turbo, and its calibrated to add the fuel in conjunction with the amount of time it takes to get to the engine. ive never researched the details of a blow through im sure there is a way to do it where the ECU isnt confused but i would leave it where it is.
