Will the s1 rb25 maf # O2uOO work on my s2 rb25?

No, it won't be a direct plug-in. The S2 MAF is a 3-wire and the S1 is a 4-wire both with different plugs. You could rewire the S1 MAF though. Hell, you could go with a Z32 or Q45 if you had engine management installed.

thanks. Then I guess I need the maxima maf part number. Any ideas where to get this?

Mine was from a 97 Maxima. I30 should work as well. I believe they are the VQ30 MAFs. Pink label.

EDIT:: It is also the exact same part number as your Series 2 maf. Mine was at least.
