maybe you can help me understand this a little more....I've searched for hours now and no prevail..the problem I was having was my MAF. The ground had no resistence to it, I ran a ground from the maf to the strut tower, car starts idles and purrs like a kitten....until I rev it. It won't rev past 2500 rpm. MAF problem, right?, well I've switched the MAFS check the lines and everything is ok resistence, voltage, and signal....I remove the ground from the strut tower and the car dumps fuel, acts like a bad MAF but revs past 2500!....Please help, this is the only thing preventing my swap from running..TY in advance

My MAF is in the factory location, right after the air filter...I've heard of people moving it closer to the throttle on the cold pipe....any suggestions?

Factory MAF's don't hold up to blow through at all. Don't do that. Grounding as srdub-t says is a good place to begin.
