MAF proper voltage at different rpms.

Still trying to find to find a solution . Now im looking at the AIV's there are still installed on the car but i have no idea if they are working. Since the engine was replaced with a 1993 J30 engine im assuming there is a slight possibility they are not running. The ECU has not been upgraded and it still the original from 12/1989. From the reading ive done when the AIV's are not present but ECU has not been upgraded the vehicle runs slightly rich.

Is 109% a/f alpha , higher injector pulse, 9.5 mpg,slightly rich or heavily rich?
