Hey guys, this is my first post. I usually find all my answers thru the search but I can't seem to nail this problem. I have a reprogrammed ecu for 550cc, Z32maf. My car is running super rich with low vacuum and rough idle when the maf is connected. With the key on it reads just over 3 volts on the output and 12.5v on the input. @Idle it reads 3.6v out and 14.4v in. I have managed to try 3 different maf sensors. 2 that I've tried were rebuilt thru Cardone. They all read the same voltage. If I give it gas in neutral it will start to build boost @1500rpm. When I unplug the maf vacuum improves dramatically and idle smooths out perfectly. I am getting an ecu code(12) for the maf. Any ideas?

Check the IAC, it may be faulty.
