MAF power handling?

ok by next year I am hoping to be pushing over 550hp to the crank and was wondering how much power the Z32 and Q45 maf can handle?

Also do you know of any other MAF that I could use on my RB25 that could handle it if those two will not. I have heard that the Z32 MAF goes out around 500hp.

Its on the aussie forums somewhere. I believe you'll need the q45, but you could get away with the z32 but pushing it.
