My ka24de boggles badly in low rpm acceleration and idle dies out after a while. Has no emissions or vac leaks. I figured MAF so I disconnected it and it accelerated better and stayed on forever but obviously in limp mode.

Then I reconnected my MAF and disconnected my TPS. Same thing accelerated better, just a little boggy because of the disconnected tps but driveable.

What would cause this? The two won't work together but will work separately? Is it a bad TPS or wrongly set? I've been researching for days and haven't found anything too helpful

This may help you. As far as the maf, diagnose it by the fsm procedures.

So I took off my intake manifold to check for vac leaks and just noticed my know knock sensor is broken around the plastic part. Its missing a lot of the plastic cover but was not touching anything. Could this also be a cause?
