im not sure what it is but im reading about 75% airflow on my safc at WOT at around 5k rpms with just a stock ka with intake. i know thats not normal... i know its not a bad maf cuz i changed out 3 different ones.

please let me know. my maf voltage at idle is 1.45 volts so i know its not the maf being damaged.

Thinking back I think It was only like 36-38%What is you in and out settings? Hot wire or flap/pressure?

hot wire settings are 5-5. i tried 6-6 also, same result.

i have to cut 32% fuel at low throttle to get a 14.7ish afr idle. stock injectors, stock maf....

my safc reads a max of ~40% arf, intake/exhaust only, no turbo no injectors stock mafs on i believe 5/5 setting.

that doesn't make sense.. shouldn't you only be adding fuel if you're using stock injectors and maf?

Yo have stock injectors and stock mafs and your rmeoving 32% fuel? Across the whole powerband?

yesthe whole low throttle map has -32% correction so i can get a 14.5ish idle.

you have to realize that flow is NOT linear with voltage, so if 2 volts=200cfm, 4 volts will NOT equal 400 cfm, in fact it will probably be much more. take a look at actual ECU VQ map for any of these MAF's, at the high end, you'll move more air while the voltage doesnt raise quite so fast... although that does sound a little high.

when I had everything stock on my KA, and just had my e-manage hooked up, I peaked at 4.91 volts once or twice. I beleive my MAF voltage at idle is around 1.2. Just for reference.

yes indeed, voltage does not equal airflow, but theres no way i can be hitting about 75-85% airflow at redline on a stock KA with intake!!!
