I have read several topics with the MAF issues. I am having the issue with my car that it isn't idling correctly all the time and surges while driving. Everything I have read indicates the MAF or the connection. I have replaced the connector and the MAF, but am still having issues. I read one earlier post that when he wiggles the wires, it will jump the idle up or down. Same issue here. I saw a comment about grounding the wires. Can anyone elaborate on that? Please.

Not to beat a dead horse, but if you did not, you may need to solder the wires in the connector. The crimping does not hold up. Could be a simple fix. Mine is grounded with a short wire that is connected to a bolt in one of the brackets. I will see if I can see where it attaches to the MAF.
