i have a 97 240sx ka24de-t and got a maf code, im not shure what one but i erased it on accident but it was from a obd2 scanner and said maf malf or something like that, and my car seems to drive fine except when i get into the boost, it will rev up quick and when it hits about 4 psi at around 3800 rpm it kinda stops , it wont rev any higher or boost any highr it just kinda sputters and cuts out untile i let off it , then when im not in boost it seems to run decent again, what do you think is the prob,

p.s

i checked all my intercooler pipes and connections and everything it fine in that aspect.

it might if im not boosting but once the boost starts to climb it cuts out almost like its chocking or hitting a rev limiter?

If you check the FSM, it indicates that this is a safety feature installed in the ECM by Nissan to prevent engine damage due to bad input. I had the same thing happen in my S13, when my MAF went bad. Except I wasn't boosting and it was only 2.5K RPM, but the same idea. So that is where I would start.

yea i bet you have a bad mafs. ushually when something goes wrong with the mafs, it will go into limp mode, which doesnt let you go over 3k rpm or close to that. does it seem to run bad and real rich? this is what mine did when i had a bad mafs.

My maf plug wasn't pluged in all the way and I had the samething happen. It was very frustrating tryin to find out what was wrong until I pushed the plug in all the way. Try electrical cleaner, that might help. It looks like you may have a bad maf. Nick
