The MAF and IAT sensor are all one unit on any 03+ Murano. The easiest way to locate it is to look at your air box assembly, where your air filter goes on the driver's side of the engine bay. Immediately to the left of your air box, you will see a harness going into a plastic "tube" assembly. That plastic tube assembly is your MAF/IAT sensor assembly. To remove it, un-snap your air box lid (air filter lid) and pull it our from its three lower mounting posts. Then, remove/loosen the one worm gear clamp on the opposing side of your MAF/IAT sensor. Then you can simply pull the MAF and airbox lid out as one unit. You should be able to "clean" the MAF at this time. If not, then you can remove the 4 10mm head bolts holding the MAF to the air box lid.
If you are throwing a DTC (Check engine light) for the MAF and/or IAT sensor, then more than likely they will need to be replaced. Cleaning a newer MAF these days rarely, and I mean rarely provides a permanent fix for the problem......
