MAF and CAS Questions

So I did alittle search, and I found the the 300ZX MAF is the same weather it si Turbo or not.Does this mean I can use the J30 MAF as well?I'm also trying to find a CAS, anybody know where I can get one?Does the Q45 have the same part on it because it is a Direct Coil ignition system?-James

Any help on the CAS, J-spec is the only place I've seen prices for one, and they are charging $250 for a used one.-James
