mad issues

Hi everyone im new to the forum. Just sold my 93 SE-R DET T28 nice but now i just got a S13 redtop 91 240sx. car wont idle over 3k and missfiring disconnect injector wires and #1 and 4 and no change pulled out plugs 1 and 4 plugs and they are fouled out but 2 and 3 are good changed them and fouled them out again. So what can be fouling out just 1 and 4 and injectors 1 and 4 not to change difference in idle. i did swap the injector around and problem stayed no change. Need help badly my DD thank you
