Lookin for a good machine shop in or around Louisville, KY with experience with KA24DE. Im lookin to get some major block work done. Ex: Bore, Hone, Deck, Square, crank polish, and shortblock assembly.

Try AutoLab in Jtown, they do great work.

Too late. I'll try them when I need to do the head work. I jumped on the AMS bandwagon and put a deposit down on a short block. Its a pretty reasonable price 2500 for everything. I have to drive to Chicago to get it.. but thats not a big deal. Thanx for the input though.

Thats what I hear. I'm real exicted. I can't wait to hear back from them on everything. Hopefully it won't take too long to finish it. I have a long *** road ahead of me. I think I'm going to piece together a turbo kit myself. I dunno. I think I can go cheaper then AMS and still keep the same quality.
