DOES ANYBODY KNOW OF A GOOD MACHINE SHOP IN CHICAGO THAT HAS WORKED WITH AN SR20DET BUILD? I NEED MY DARTON SLEEVES INSTALLED 90MM BORE AND HONE, CRANK BALANCED AND MICRO POLISHED, MAIN JOURNAL LINE BORE AND OIL GROOVE MACHINED, RESURFACING THE DECK, AND BUILD IT SINCE I DONT WANT TO SPEND MONEY ON THE TOOLS NEED TO MEASURE EVERYTHING INVOLVED FOR JUST ONE BUILD. ANY INFO WOULD HELP THANKS

Go to Windy City Engenering. I took my sr20 head there and they did a hell of a job. Here is the number 773-254-8113, just google it for the excact location. OR I know another good one on the north side. Its called Integrity dont know the number though.

thanks ill look them up and as far as apg there not a machine shop ive been there many times. There just a performance garage i guess ...... the only thing i will use them for is dyno tuning and any problems with an engine management system thanks

No problem dude. My total came out to be 326.00 for complete service to head, although it was disassembled when I took it.

yea i say the same thing i took my block to them too (windy city) and i liked their prices and everything the guy was kool and took everything in front of me started mesuring the crank etc... and iv told sevrel ppl about they incouding (teknos13) and they never had a problem...

I scoped it out, they appear to be douches. I dont know what's all the fuzz about them, people make them seem like they are celebs or something. Just because they drift..... oh well
