M37x and M56x Reliability / Performance

I'm considering buying a 2011 M56x with 29k miles. For owners, are you happy you went with the M56 and not the M37? How has the reliability been? Any features or packages you think are worth it / not worth it (Premium, Deluxe Touring, Technology)?

Welcome to NICO! Have you checked out sites like Edmunds for reviews? I know that they're one of the most reliable sites around for that type of review. Also, have you checked poked around this forum to see what kind of issues anyone has had, if any at all?
