M56x or m56s??!

I'm currently driving a 2009 Infiniti G37s.
I was looking into to the m56x and the m56s. But I heard some horror stories about the TC recall... what should I look for when I go check these cars out and get them inspected? Or should I just get the q70l?!
I'm from Montreal Canada. And the only one that's for sale in my area is a InFiniti m56x @99600KIlometers for 19500$... ur feesback would help! And it doesn't have the sport package which I think the sport bumper changed the whole look of the car, and I can't seem to find any sport bumper for sale!

You'll be fine. The horror stories are few and far between.

Just make sure it has proper maintenance records and is up to date on it's shots (aka recalls).
