M56 Rear Window Question

So, I've been learning my car for the past couple weeks and noticed my rear windows will auto-down (lower all the way down when you push the button down), but they won't auto-up. Is this normal? If not, is there a fuse I need to check? It happens for both rear windows.

They need to be so called taught where up is and where down is. It takes like holding it down for 3 Sec. Or something like that. For down and for up. I am sure someone will know how to do it. The service rep at the dealer did mine in 1 min. No charge.

Hold down the button for 3 seconds when the window is fully down and do the same going up. Do not got into auto down or auto up mode for this. Just a regular down and up.

I can never remember the procedure so I pull up this video on my phone every time I have the battery in my car disconnected.
