Sorry, I was on vacation, but Circle Infiniti got back to me and they're a little more expensive, as little as $31 for the 2y/24k to as much as about a $100 difference for the 5y/60k plan:

Here is pricing for your consideration. We do offer 12 month interest free financing as well on these plans. If you choose to pay in full at time of purchase please deduct $100 from the prices.

2year/24K miles $1700
3year/36K miles $2225
4year/48K miles $3299
5year/60K miles $4600

At 60K miles a 2year/24 plan goes to $2100, 3year to $2825 and 4year to $3700. All prices quoted are for $100 deductible plans

This is also predicated that the vehicle passes an extensive inspection (their shop takes about an hour and charges $130) to ensure the official mileage of the vehicle and a "clean bill of health." They attached a sample of their inspection form which has 69 items:
1. VIN confirmation, recalls, scheduled maintenance
2. Engine mechanical
3. Electrical/Fuel System
4. Cooling System
5. HVAC/Defroster
6. Brakes/Steering/Suspension
7. Audio/Alarm/Navigation/Rear View Monitor
8. Interior and Exterior Amenities
9. Transmission/Transaxle/Transfer Case/Differential Assemblies
10. Road Test

Infiniti of Scottsdale also requires an inspection as well.

Not sure of your mileage but that is less than what Crossroads Infiniti in Raleigh, NC quoted me. The M56S I just bought has 71k miles on it but has a 3 year 100k powertrain warranty from the dealer I brought it from. Here is the quote from Crossroads Infiniti. Also it cost $150 for their inspection.

It was a pleasure speaking with you earlier. Below is a breakdown of the information you requested. If you have any other questions, please let me know
vehicle with 60,001 to 75,000 miles
12 months, 12,000 miles - $2089
24 months, 24,000 miles - $2769
36 months, 36,000 miles - $3959
48 months, 48,000 miles - $4819

between 50,001 and 60,000 miles you can go to
60 months, and 60,000 miles for $5699

between 40,001 and 50,000 you can go to
72 months, and 82,000 miles for $4489

Might be a little more for the V8 vs the V6, plus my M37 has under 60k miles, but it's getting close (59,650)

I'm gonna see what the cost of a full inspection at my dealer is gonna run me, but it makes sense to get it before I roll over to 60,000 miles, since the plans go up by anywhere from $400 to %600.

I'm not sure if the V8 is more because the quotes I got go for all both models according to what I was told. I am going to check with another Infiniti dealership about 60 miles away to see what their quote is. I would say go ahead and get that warranty before it hits 60k.

Spending 5k on a warranty for a 20k car is crazy, if something breaks that bad. Trade it off

This. $2k tops since it'll pay for itself with one job. $5k is too much.

If I do the warranty it would only be for two years. I already have a 3 year powertrain warranty on my car so I would only need to cover the electrical components.
