M45 with Tein S Tech
Since there's been a few posts of people asking whether or not S techs will work for an M45, I decided to post a picture of my friends car that had them installed.

Clean.....Was there any issue aligning the car after the install?

Nothing different than any other spring install, without camber adjustments you will have that issue with every set of springs unless you buy the stuff to correct it.
