Any idea if the dimensions of the 03-04 sunroof are close to the G50?

Why? So you could have a glass sunroof?

That would then be a moonroof.

Actually I am quite fond of the sunroof, and its venting panel. It would be my preference on a new car to the moonroof.

Aye - a mooroof it is! I've always thought that glass with a sliding shade was more interesting than a metal slab.

i agree.... In our other cars with moonroofs, if its not open the sliding panel is always closed anyway.

I like moonroofs, especially at night. The moon and streetlights shine on the instruments and dashboard.A sunroof is much better at keeping weather and noise out.

Its a wash for me, since my sunroof doesn't work. I need a Miata.
