Just picked up my M from the stealer. 7.5K mile service done and here's what the work order states, please note when I capitalize it's only because the order is typed that way: express oil & filter change (ok that's obvious), rotate/balance (same), SERVICE WINDOW CHANNELS (Huh?), 19 POINT INSPECTION (guess the tech "looks" at 19 things), PERFORM BATTERY SERVICE (questionable), and last my favorite Clean Antenna Mast (the last time I looked the M45 does not have an antenna mast)GRAND TOTAL $ 109.45. When I started to ask questions the work order was taken out of my hands and as I stood by for about 2 minutes a new w.o. was handed to me with a grand total of $61.20. I think I was still still ripped off... Is this part of the "Total Ownership Experience"? P.S. my loaner was a filthy I35 and my car was returned not exactly clean.M45ers out there what has service cost you?

Better talk to a manager. Sounds like someone tried to screw ya. Hopefully it was just the service advisor and not the entire department conducting business that way.And if that doesnt get you anywhere, I strongly suggest giving Infiniti Consumer Affairs a call. They seem to show genuine concern -- they're -very- interested in maintaining that #1 dealer satisfaction position.
