M45 replacement key fob

I lost my extra key fob and wanted to get one online, but they are all pretty expensive. I did find a Nissan one on ebay that looks exactly like mine but they say it only works with Infiniti G, Altima, and Maxima. Will it work? If so, how do I reprogram it? I have the original tags for the fobs.

I lost mine too so I purchased a FOB and black key on ebay. When I purchased it came with directions how to reprogram. After four minutes it worked. It cost me a little over 30 bucks to get the key cut and my local key hut. So all in all it was less than 75 bucks to get a new fob and key. For my wife's Kia it almost cost me 185 bucks for just the FOB.
