I had to change a flat tire on my father-in-law's M45 today, and noticed that there were at least 2 different types of lug nuts amongst the 5 I took off. Is that something I can source from Rock Auto, or should I be getting those from the dealer?

You just have to make sure you are buying lug nuts for oen wheels not aftermarket "tuner" type lug nuts. Yes they are different, they have like a washer attached to them which supports the oem wheel properly!

Also, I believe ALL Nissan's and Infiniti's (and Japanese cars in general) use a 12mm x 1.25 lug.
