2006 M45 Sport 88k

I've experienced intermittent hesitation while driving (prior post). I've tried many changes to attempt to fix the issue:
- camshaft sensor
- crankshaft sensor
- replaced air filter
- cleaned MAF
- replaced drive belt

The only thing that seems to improve the drive is when the battery is disconnected/recommected, and I perform the Accelerator, Throttle, & Idle Air resets. It will drive fine for a couple days, and then begin hesitating again.

Just the other day, I received a code U1010 (CAN Bus...). The service manual only states to clear the code, and see if it comes back. Is there a chance that I have a damaged ECM?

If doing the resets works best...you may have a bad throttle body?

Fuel/ignition related. ecm re-learns fuel maps when batt is disconnected.
check: coils,o2 sensors, plugs, injectors.

I forgot to mention that I did replace the plugs when all of this started. Coils seemed fine.

I've now had 2 mentions of the throttle body. Should none of these trip a specific code?
