M45 Fuel Gauge Recall

I just received my 100% refund check from Nissan as a result of the M45 fuel gauge recall. This was even after the dealer-Infiniti of Mission Viejo Calif tried to block payment. This has got to be one of the worst Infiniti dealerships in the country. Every repair takes 2 or 3 trips to get the job done. They can't diagnosis anything correctly and make up problems that don't exist . At least I got that nice fat check. All of us filing complaints with the NHTSA definitely paid off! :rotfl

Glad to hear you got the check! I was worried about that exact same situation, but I'm glad the NICO community banded together and got this issue taken care of! Any word on where the "motherboard" is located that they supposedly change? Is it in the cluster itself?

The Service writer said it was behing the fuel gauge cluster, basically part of the fuel gauge cluster.
