M45 Cruise control DEAD

IRR just quit working all together, no prior indication it was failing -no features or controls work on it now. Car recognizes failure and just give me idiot msg to take into dealer. Did change to slighter larger tires (235 to 245s) at the approx timeframe of failure, but everybody and Infiniti says nothing to do with it. Also, cleaned front lens and check fuses under hood but no luck....

WOW, I have experienced a similar problem. After putting new tires on my 2002 Q45 my cruise control is also dead with dealer message. At first i thought the new tires had cause the problem, although they were the same as the original equipment, but dealer said would not cause the cruise control problem.

Are both of you owners not visiting dealers every 90 days to find and correct problems. Owning a luxosport places certain demands on owners both financially and timewise.

Faiure to cover your AXX by purchasing a Nissan extended warranty will leave you wanting with all the modern wasteful electronic gadgets.
