I have a 2007 M45 that is heading into its first winter. Purchased new last spring with only 10,000 miles. When temps drop below freezing the transmission has jarring shifts and audible clunks until it warms up. The warmup takes a few minutes of driving. I'm calling the dealer tomorrow but was wondering if anyone else has run into this.
What's ironic is I traded in a 99 GS400 because it had this same problem and I convinced myself the transmission was going. The only difference is the Lexus didn't develop the cold shift problems until it was 6 years old. Fluid change didn't help with that car.
Thanks
