Will a 2006+ M45 Cold Air Intake work in my 2003? I see Injen makes a nice one for 2006+

No, the intake manifold is different

Don't waste your money on CAI. The 4.5 is maxed out already. You will only suck hot air from the radiator. There is a sticky on this. Can someone post it up for our friend.
