M45 catback fit a M35

someone is selling a Stillen exhaust off of a M35 and I assume it would fit my M35 of the same body style, is this a correct assumption?

Technically, it should fit since the OEM center section with the resonator is shared across the platform. But, we should wait for others to verify.

20300-EG000 is the OEM part # for the exhaust tube below.
The mufflers are different part numbers between the V8 and V6, but that should be due to tuning rather than fitment.
