M45 burning oil cause?

Hello my 2006 M45 burns oil on start up also when i really press the gas when im driving it throws a puff of blue smoke. i would like to know what is the cause and what can i do to fix this issue?

Car: 2007 M45 S, Aero kit, Diamond Graphite, Uprev, Injen CAI, G37 sport vlsd differential swap, Full custom exhaust (removed secondary cats) into an x pipe through the megan exhaust.

well i know m45's tend to burn a quart of oil within the 3000-5000 miles. they just burn oil like its there jobs. but no damages really.

What kind of oil are you using and how many miles are on the car?
