Can anyone tell me how much the g37 bbk upgrade costs? And where I can find them?

:dblthumb: i got them real cheap from someone who totaled his g37s. got them for 600 with out the rotors. You have to get spacers if leaving the 19" m45 rims. also take off the plate that cover the rotors in the back (rear brakes) cost me about $1,100 :gotme

ebay has them

You can get away with 15mm spacers. I would recommend 20mm though. 15mm clears but leaves little clearance between the rim and caliper.

So what else do I need beside calipers and rotors?

Brake pads, if you have oem 19"s spacers, brake lines, one bottle of brake fluid just in case. Best place to buy this new is from concept z performance. They have everything you need just dont get any adapter brackets since you don't need any. Everything minus spacers will be around 1600.

thatd look weird. girls dont get one titty done at a time, they get both. for the price, its half the cost of a stoptech front bbk, and you get all 4 corners. worthwhile upgrade imho, they look great, and my pedal feel improved by alot. i used the factory 370z lines that they came off of.

You could just do the front, someone on here did just that. It won't harm anything besides asthetics. From what I've read you can use the stock lines with an adapter.

Why a BBK? Are you tracking your M45?

I been changing the brake pads every 15000 miles. Also the damn rotors warp every few thousand miles. And thats with my wife driving it. I have a c6 corvette with 1000 horsepwer and 25000 on the brakes and they are only half gone.

concept z performnce has it from what I heard. I used ss lines for my set up. Idk what pads you're using or what I had but my oem pads are still thick and have over 35k miles on em. I did turn the rotors once and they warped again shortly after. Have you looked into the ebay set up people have purchased from here? Cheap and so far good reviews.

Last question guys. If I buy new the calipers have to be assembled or what are the shims and other hardware for? If I buy from salvage yard will they just bolt up.

Calipers come all set to install, just get brake pads and those ussally have shims. its all 100% bolt on really. If you know how to turn a wrench you can do this without issues.

When I was looking to get my BBK, I bought rotors and pads but then I got very good deal on complete kit of calipers and rotors so now I have extra pair of Drilled Stoptech 14" Front Rotors and Centric Front and Back Brake pads for sale. Let me know if you are interested.
