M45 Base or Sport? Not sure which one is for sale..

Hi there, new to forum. I am considering purchasing a used 2006 Infiniti M45 from an individual. Very clean car and 30K still left on factory warranty. What I am stumped about is this: The car is being advertised as a base model, but when I pulled up a Carfax on it, it is listed as "2006 Infiniti M45 Sedan/Sport. The report mentioning "Sport" has me concerned. It has the base wheels and tires and also has the wood dash. I guess the previous owner could have swapped wheels to the base wheels, but how could I tell for sure if the car is the base or sport? I am not really interested in the sport model as it will be driven mainly by my wife. If any of you could help I sure would appreciate it.
