Is there any way to get my radio to tune in to even frequencies?

Hi there. What do you mean even frequencies? An even number after the .?

Yeah, I can only tune in 87.7 87.9 88.1 88.3 and so on. Why can´t I get 88.0 88.2 87.8 96.0 ?

That's just how the FCC has allocated radio stations. I'd say most tuners I have attempted to manually tune in the US always land on odd numbers at the end.
That's what I found when I looked it up online back in the day
