Can someone please let me know if I can use lowering springs that fit an m37 on my 2013 M37xs. For some reason I always end up buying a ride that's impossible to find parts for.

Welcome to the forum.

There are a few AWD guys on here that have used the RWD Eibach springs with no reported issues.

I am going to run 22x9 in the front and 22x10.5 in the rear. Would u guys go ahead and get lowering springs or recommend coilovers?

Depends on how low you want to go. For a conservative drop, go springs, if you want to get really low, then coils would be the route to go.

I want to go low enough to make it look right but then again I don't want to go all the way to where the toe and camber can't be corrected to prevent the tires from wearing uneven.

I'd recommend coilovers, I have the Eibach springs in my M37x and I want it lower. Obviously you may have different taste but it seems the springs left the car too high in my case. I have no other issues with the Eibachs, I used the same brand in my Altima with no issues as well.
