m37x Seat question

hello I just bought a m37 and when I turn on the seat climate to cold or hot the seat start to vibrate like a massage seat is this normal? if not do you know what wrong? I check the seat filter below but it was not dirty. thanks

Welcome to the forum. No, that's definitely not normal. Perhaps something is stuck between the seat filter and the fan that actually blows the air into the seat? Kind of like how a stick in the spokes of a tire makes a 'whiring' noise...except yours is really loud and thus you can feel it's vibrations?

can hear them and feel the viration and when I get the filter out to see and move the fan a little bit but could not see anything. maybe I will check again to see.thanks

I've never seen the fan, perhaps the fan assembly itself is vibrating from the fan being on? Maybe a bad bearing (sure if it has an internal bearing or not just guessing)?

does it still get hot or cold as applicable? There are times when a seat massager might be a nice feature, but I guess they don't want anyone to fall asleep at the wheel......

I had the same issue back when I bought mine, brought it into the dealership and they ordered the part...$1300 no vibrations or buzzing sound....it's covered under warranty in case you were wondering.

hey thanks for the reply! what do you mean 1300? the part cost 1300 or you pay 1300? how much you pay in total to get it fix? thanks
