Thanks for the response. It doesn't seem like the M forum is too active, which is sad because I can see a lot of potential in these cars. It doesn't seem like there's a lot of aftermarket support either, unfortunately.wideopn11 wrote:Not sure about the off set on your wheels but you can't have staggered setup with awd. Intake probably not but maybe with some modification. Strut bar definitely not.
Bc and eibach is the only thing for awd. There are some intakes from takeda but one requires modification. Stillen exhaust or custom.
I'll add, a modification that is welllllllllll worth it. It should be a standard feature on every M.wideopn11 wrote:Not sure about the off set on your wheels but you can't have staggered setup with awd. Intake probably not but maybe with some modification. Strut bar definitely not.

I replaced the Air filter. The Takeda attack, that is for the G37. You have to modify the car, so the tubing can get in front of the radiator, but it is well worth it.SwissCheeseHead wrote:Which are you referring to?
Got it.Darthswan wrote:I replaced the Air filter. The Takeda attack, that is for the G37. You have to modify the car, so the tubing can get in front of the radiator, but it is well worth it.SwissCheeseHead wrote:Which are you referring to?
I ended up getting a NON-CPO. Infiniti ran an off lease sale through the auction(Mannheim). I have had no problems at all. Saved a crapload of money. The same vehicle I was seeing on lots for 8 to 12K more.SwissCheeseHead wrote:Also, my coupe has been a solid driver for the time that I've had it. Do you think I would need to get a CPO over a non-CPO M? The price difference is quite big ~4500 for the 3 cars I'm currently looking at (CPO M35h, CPO M37, non-CPO M37).
If you don't mind me being nosy, how much did you pay for it? I'm thinking about going the same route (Mannheim or Highline auction), so I'm curious to see how much I should expect to pay. I would like to get a 2011/2012 M37S, but I've heard the Sport models aren't very common at the auctions.Darthswan wrote:I ended up getting a NON-CPO. Sounds like you got a good deal! Just out of curiosity, how does Mannheim's auctioning/bidding process work? Is it like one of those classic auto auctions, where they have a room of potential bidders who hold up their paddles or fingers or whatever if they want to place a bid? Did you have a lot of competition from other bidders (dealerships, etc.) who were after the same car you ended up with?Darthswan wrote:31600 in November of 2013
How are you guys finding these deals? Here in the southeast, 2011 M37's with the "Sport" package and with a substantially greater number of miles are going for at least that much, and usually more.dmclone wrote:Also keep in mind that not every CPO is 8k overpriced. Earlier this year I got a 2011 M56x CPO with 18k miles with every available option for about $34k. I would have been fine going without CPO but I thought it was a fair price.
